I think you did a really good job with conveying the emotion here--he looks so weary and just tired of life, and that has a great effect. I also like how his eyes match the blue of the AI! Nice work~
Wash is so weary. To be honest that's part of what drew me to him: the idea that after all he went through he just needs a rest and can't get it, and he'll kill just to find a place to call home.
Luke McKay's design, with the gray hair and the bags under his eyes, wasn't immediately appealing to me but it just seems to fit the character so well.
But I could ramble about that all day. Thank you! The AI was a bit of an afterthought: I didn't want to draw two characters in a row just staring into space.
