Well, this was fun.

I'm trying to find something they all have in common and can't.

Despite all evidence to the contrary, I do in fact like Ahsoka. She's interesting as a concept (young, reckless apprentice to bounce off Anakin's older, darker recklessness), and I love the visual design of Togrutas. I just don't like how both the TV show and the fandom have dealt with her. I raeg because I care. *shifty eyes*

Lately I've developed a fondness for comic book era Carth, even though I haven't read the comics all the way through. ^^;

Topher Brink is from Joss Whedon's "Dollhouse". Look at that face. Wouldn't you trust that face?... He's an evil genius.

Oz is from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Oh look, Seth Green showed up on the list twice. Huh.

I have to blame ~LastTimelord37 for those two, and sortof for Rinzler. I'm looking at you with blame right now.

Tyr Anasazi is from "Andromeda", which I have not actually watched all that much of. I will! One day! But ~Cocoaprints sent me this YouTube video of part of that show and it, just, I lol'ed a lot. Tyr's the man.

It's kindof sad that Luke only shows up at the end of this, but he just hasn't been interesting to me lately. But he has to be there, for old times sake. I was always, for some reason, partial to the vunduun crab armor.

And the ones on the bottom are, of course, from the most impressive unpublished publication this side of the New York Times Bestseller list, my NaNo. Yes. Enjoy.

Meme stolen from ~Tatooine92; original here [link] from *Ppdm, to whom I apologizing for mangling your title, and, well, everything else.

I think we can all see that most of these pictures are from Google and part of a meme and therefore not mine but okay. Some are mine.

I tag ~wordswithout.

What is this tag business? Now I'll be on a quest to fill each square and I'll probably repeat characters and it'll be horrid, just horrid.

And I should be thesis-ing but I haven't so much as opened the file since early December.

You don't have to fill each square. Just, you can do it with Paint, and it's a good time-waster, and you should do it. I'd be tres amusant.

I thought that might be the case.

It's the case with me.

We rock.

But on the other hand I've written tons of fanfic and have 11,000 words worth of Jano!

Likewise.

Don't worry, I don't think many of my favorite characters have much in common, either. (I'm still trying to reconcile Yoda and Boba Fett. :P)

I think your liking Ahsoka is very telling in that you write her way better than her writers do. I think your ideas of what should be done with the character are much more satisfactory than what Lucas wants.

Carth was awesome in the KotOR comic, yes. :P

If it helps any, I like the more recent Luke less than the classic incarnation of the character. I feel your pain. (But yes the armor is awesome. I want some actually.)

And yay raptors and a snarky teenage girl! :P

Huh...yeah, I'd have to think about it more to reconcile those two! There's always patterns. I know I have types. Just not the overarching type. If there is one. XD

what Lucas wants arggghhhh don't start.... But, yes. I hope that is true about Ahoska.

There was this fantastic picture of Carth and young Dustil and Morgana toward the end of the comic; I found it on Wookieepedia.

I stop caring about Luke after the Jedi Academy era, and I admit that that is because 1) he got married and 2) Fate of the Jedi is bad. I absolutely love OT!Luke because he goes on such a journey, which, I think, culminates with the academy.

But, vuunduun crab armor is cool. I'm not sure I'd want some though what with the fact that I'm pretty sure it grows into your skin. XD

Woo! I had fun drawing the raptors. There will be more ICBI. There will. I swearz it on all the discipline Ray Park has I have.

Yeah, I definitely have types, too. There may not be one overarching type; our types probably just represent different emotional resonations.

Oh, I love that picture. I, too, have seen it on Wookieepedia because I have not read very far in the comics. :P I don't know if that makes me a worse nerd than if I had read the entirety of the comic.

Yes, yes, completely agreed. Jedi Academy-era Luke was character-developmentally at an apex; all of the characterization that's been given him since just doesn't fit. Don't fix what's not broken. Don't have Mara marry what's not broken.

I wouldn't care; I'd look so awesome walking into class. :P

Hooray! *is excited*

"Emotional resonations" is a great phrase. Now I'm gonna go figure out what fandom means I need in my life, blast it...

LOL no I think that makes you a...better...nerd? I really liked the comics at first when Zayne was all bumbling. Then he became like every other hero and I stopped caring. Alas, poor Jedi-intern!Zayne. So, like many other things, I only research on Wookieepedia.

"Don't have Mara marry what's not broken."

lol that you would! The professor would sure get a shock.

(Natefan and I had this old joke about walking into a high school biology class and finding that a YV had been assigned as the substitute teacher.)

Regardless of Zayne's slip into cliche hero-ness, I do think the writing in that series is a cut above most of the other recent SW writing I've been seeing, especially where comics are concerned.

Also, Gryph. :P

(And the art is pretty. I'm such a sellout.)

(That would be awesome, plain and simple. :P)

Yeah, I guess so. I haven't paid enough attention beyond the first part. (And my only other point of reference is Invasion, which...alas.)

lol Gryph....he reminds me of Villie.

(Dangerous but awesome. :P)
